How much does it cost, and how am I billed?

You pay $12.90 once and get immediate access to the full program. After your purchase, we may offer you an optional monthly content subscription at $12.90 per week (one new video every month, published in your app). It starts only if you accept it and renews every 7 days until you cancel. If you leave without buying, we may offer you the same program for a one-time payment of $4.90.

What will I see on my bank statement?

Charges appear as BNTS1. Billing is handled by 63.584.987 ELVIS CARLOS BENITES ROSA (BNTS Lab) through Stripe. If you see a charge you don’t recognize, email support@bntslab.online from the address you used at checkout. We reply quickly and can refund you directly, which is faster than filing a dispute with your bank.

How do I cancel?

Use the cancellation page or simply email us from the address you used at checkout. No forms, no phone calls. We’ll confirm within one business day. You won’t be charged again: new videos keep coming until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and the program and the videos already published stay in your app.

How do I access my material?

Right after payment, the confirmation page shows a button that takes you to your members’ area, and you’ll also get an email with the same link. From there, you can open the PDFs in your browser or save them to your phone or computer, and watch the video lessons.

I didn’t receive my access email. What should I do?

First, check your spam and promotions folders. If you still can’t find it, write to support@bntslab.online from the email you used at checkout, and we’ll resend your access right away, free of charge.

Do I need to buy anything else?

No. Everything you need is in your members’ area: the guides, the video lessons, and the day-by-day plan. There’s nothing else to buy.

Is this therapy or counseling?

No. The program is educational content about communication and relationships. It is not therapy, counseling, or legal advice, and no specific outcome is guaranteed, because every relationship is different.
